1. Assets for Sale

The assets to be sold consist of industrial equipment and related items as listed below this notice.
The assets are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis, without any warranties, express or implied.

2. Method of Disposal

The disposal will be conducted through a public sale process. Interested parties are requested to submit expressions of interest and purchase proposals in accordance with the terms set out in this notice no later than March 22nd 2026.

3. Public Notice Period

This notice is published on the official website of IRD LLC for a period of no less than ten (10) days, from March 12 to March 22^nd 2026.

4. Inspection of Assets

Interested parties may, upon prior appointment with the Company, inspect the assets after the expressions of interest is accepted by the Company

5. Submission of Offers

Interested parties shall submit their written offers and relevant information to the Company no later than March 22^nd 2026 (CET).
The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, to negotiate with one or more bidders, and to terminate or modify the disposal process without prior notice.
